Q. What shipping options do I have?
A. Currently we offer only USPS First Class and Priority Mail.

Q. How long does it take to process my order?
A. We attempt to process and ship all orders within 2 business days of cleared payment.

Q. How do I check the status of my order?
A. Your order confirmation email contained a confirmation number. Enter this number in this webpage . The status of your order will be displayed.

Q. Why does my status read "Shipped", but the USPS confirmation number shows "No record of this item"?
A. When we process an order, we assign a delivery confirmation number to each order. Once the item is taken to the USPS , there could be a delay until our local USPS uploads the information.

Q. How do I view the USPS shipping details of my order?
A. Copy and paste your orders delivery confirmation number into Google.com. Click on the result "Track USPS package". This will show you the most recent transaction the USPS has on record. To see additional details click the "Additional Details" button.
